Melita Sinyela

HR ADMINISTRATOR

Melita completed her matric year at Rhodesfield Technical High School in 2008 her furthering her studies at Tshwane University of Technology where she completed National Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2012 and completed an introduction to the VIP Sage payroll system certificate.

In 2015 she completed a certificate in Strategic planning with the University of South Africa and is currently studying her Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.

Melita’s working career started with a company called Avroy Shlain (Pty)Ltd, where she worked between November and December 2012 as a picker.

In 2013, Melita joined an NGO known as Human Resource Support Solutions, a company that was providing a platform for HR graduates, introducing them to the HR environment and providing placements for the young graduates to gain experience. In 2014 Human Resource Support Solutions placed Melita at a School in Springs known as Redumeletswi Primary School for her Internship, In the same year Melita joined an FMCG company called Corruseal Corrugated Gauteng, a packaging company based in Wadeville and was employed as an HR Intern. After completing the Internship, Melita was absorbed at Corruseal Corrugated Gauteng as an HR Assistant and 6 months into the permanent position Melita was given extra tasks to handle as the Payroll Administrator, Melita was employed at Corruseal Corrugated Gauteng for a duration of 4 years.

In 2018 Melita than joined a company called Curechem South Africa (Pty)Ltd as a Human Resource Officer/Administrator, where she was employed for 1 year 6 months, Melita left Curechem South Africa (Pty)Ltd and Joined VCA in 2019 as a Human Resource Administrator focusing on HR and Compliance related services.

Melita’s career at VCA has only recently started but has already gained confidence and experience in Employment Equity submissions.

Melita continues to learn and grow with VCA.
