Nicole completed her matric year at Krugersdorp High School in 1999 where she was a member of the fundraising and cheerleading team.
Nicole’s working career started with a company called ‘The Broadcast Workshop’ as a receptionist. During her seven years with this company she attended training courses in Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
In 2007, Nicole left The Broadcast Workshop due to the company closing down and joined a company called IDG (Interior Design Group), where she started in an internal sales position and worked her way up to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Procurement Administrator. Here she stayed until her second son was born, and she left to join Podd Display.
After joining Podd Display in 2012, Nicole made the move from the West Rand to Benoni with her family. She was employed in an accounts position and completed a Quick Books Operational course with Quick Books South Africa in August 2012.
Due to retrenchments Nicole left Podd Display to join VCA in March of 2015. In August 2015 Nicole attended a seminar at the JCCI for Employment Equity – Equal Work for Equal Pay and qualified as a Skills Development Facilitator in 2016.
Nicole specialises in Health and Safety services and has attended various webinars on the amendments to the BBBEE codes and courses on Labour Legislation updates. Nicole recently assisted a company in Cape Town with their review from the Department of Labour, which gave her valuable insights on how to assist and advise companies with compliance in Employment Equity.
Nicole has recently completed the Skills Development Facilitator course through VCA and is a registered SDF.
