In 2015, Kayli matriculated from Benoni High School. Following this, in 2017, Kayli attended Oakfield’s College where she attained a certificate in Graphic Design. Kayli joined VCA in September 2018 as a Girl Friday helping others within the office and has gradually worked her way up to an Administrator in 2019. In 2020, Kayli was promoted to a Health and Safety Consultant and started to chair meetings for VCA’s many clients.
Through VCA, Kayli has attended numerous courses on Employment Equity which has helped her to assist capturing and submitting Employment Equity reports. Kayli has also taken on the responsibility of supervising the Employment Equity project to ensure all of the submissions VCA is assisting with are completed in time.
Kayli has attended various SETA workshops and roadshows growing her knowledge in Skills Development which has helped her to assist capturing WSP/ATR’s. In 2020, Kayli attended a course to become a registered Skills Development Facilitator and assist companies with their annual training plans before submitting annual reports to their SETA.
Kayli also assists VCA’s clients with their Health and Safety requirements ensuring that Health and Safety files, appointments and analyses are conducted and regularly inspected. Kayli also assists clients to ensure that their Health and Safety training is up to standard.
Through VCA in 2020, Kayli obtained a certificate in Project Management in order to assist with the required Skills to complete numerous projects within the VCA organisation.
Kayli has also become well-informed with Workmen’s Compensation and has expertise in assisting with annual Return of Earning reports, sub-class changes, registrations and de-registrations.
