Bongekile Dhlamini matriculated at Mamellong Comprehensive Secondary School in 2008.

She attended Boston Business and City Campus where she obtained a qualification as a Computer Clerk & Office Assistant. It was a one-year course and required full time attendance.

Bongekile was then employed at Veld Cooper and Associates (VCA) in March 2010 as an Office Assistant and Data Capturer.

She completed a Business Writing Course at VCA in 2010 and obtained her driver’s licence in February 2011.

She has completed a First Aid Level 1 as well as Excel intermediate courses during 2011. Bongekile is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator and has completed a Telephone Etiquette course and Time Management course.

In March 2013 Bongi was promoted and her job title was changed to Senior Administrator. 

Bongekile is extremely proficient at completing Workplace Skills Plans / Annual Training reports and Employment Equity reports. She has been on various SETAs and labour update seminars.

Bongekile has built up an excellent network of contacts with various Governmental Departments and is always the “go to” lady when asking those tricky questions.

Bongekile’s attended an Employment Equity Committee Training course through the South African Labour Guide.

In October 2017 Bongi registered with BMT College to study towards a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Bongekile left VCA in June 2019 and she was temporarily employed by Strata-g Labour Solutions where she worked for 3 months.

In November 2019 Bongekile was employed with Dot Connectors as the EE & SD consultant for 6 months.

Due to the COVID pandemic, Bongekile decided to solely focus on finishing her Diploma in Human Resources Management and she completed her studies in March 2021, then graduated and obtain her qualification in July 2021.

She was then employed by Diff & Gearboxes as an Administrator in December 2021 for 6 months, and she was reunited with VCA in July 2022. She is now an Employment Equity & Skills Development Consultant and plays a vital role in the Employment Equity and Skills Development projects within the company and is responsible for the following:

Inter-SETA Transfers, Employment Equity Project, and Skills Development project.

Bongekile has grown a lot and has worked her way up as a Professional proficient in all admin duties.
