Janine has an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education – both of which were achieved cum laude. Janine has diverse experience in various fields within Human Capital, having consulted in Organisational Development, Training, Skills Development and BEE. She has also occupied the top senior roles within Human Capital in a large financial services institution within the South African Taxi industry. This institution employed a range of employees from mechanics to actuaries; from call centre agents to CA’s. Janine could easily relate to senior and professional members of staff, as well as create programmes that engaged the blue-collar team. In her role there, she set up the HR function and designed and maintained not only the policies and procedures to run a sound organisation, but also created a culture that was notorious and sought after.
For the last 5 years, Janine has taken her knowledge and skills to the consulting space, where she focuses on assisting small and medium businesses with all aspects of HR Management from Disciplinaries, Grievances and the CCMA, to designing and facilitating Organisational Development Projects that help to define Values and Grow culture or manage Talent effectively to ensure that companies are attracting and retaining the best talent for their organisation.
