Lebohang Paledi completed her matric at Laban Motlhabi Comprehensive High school in 2012 and furthered her studies at the University of Johannesburg where she completed her degree in BA Humanities with a major in Public Management & Governance in 2017 and later obtained her Postgraduate degree (Honors) in Public Administration at the University of South Africa in 2019.
She worked at a marketing company part time for 8 years as a product specialist whilst studying. Her love for community development encouraged her to volunteer with two different organisations that were laying the foundations for youth development in the fields of Mathematics and Science and the other one was a foundation that the seeks to promote non-racialism and the principles within both the Freedom Charter and the South African Constitution, pushing for equity and equality in the new South Africa, both which helped build her people skills and do what she loves while advocating for change in different communities. In 2017 she got an internship at the Ekurhuleni Housing Company, a state entity championing both rental and social housing in the City of Ekurhuleni as a Public Administrator intern in the CEO’s office for two years. She later joined an HR company in 2020 as an HR administrator.
