Renetia matriculated in 1996 from Sparks Estate Senior Secondary School, Sydenham, Durban, KZN. In the following year, Renetia completed a year long computer literacy course through Tri Pyramid Training Academy.
In 1998, Renetia relocated to Gauteng and started working for First National Bank as a Settlement Trust Official within a unit called SMC under Stephen Hendricks. Three years later, Renetia had to leave to return to KZN due to family responsibilities.
Renetia then began working at Intercape Mainliner as a Reservations Clerk in 2003 and left in 2005 to pursue her career further.
Renetia joined SA Home Loans, KZN branch as a Sales Support Clerk in 2005, and in 2007, that particular branch needed to shut down due to company restructure. Without work for a few months, Renetia met her now husband and started traveling the country with him, due to his working demands. Renetia had her son, in 2007.
In January of 2010, Renetia began working with her husband at B&E International (construction company) as a Site Clerk. Taking over all administrative responsibilities including overseeing Storeman and Weighbridge operators. After 2 years, Renetia’s husband felt that they should settle down. Moving to Cape Town, meant that Renetia would be without work.
After 6 years, Renetia relocated to Gauteng where they have since settled.
Renetia is currently employed at VCA since March 2022 as a receptionist for the company.
